Beautiful everything I expected and more very happy

I ordered a ornament for my son and daughter-in-law that had a picture of their dog Maggie that passed away in November! I’m pretty sure it was the picture that caused the lack of clarity but I was not informed about it. otherwise it was absolutely beautiful

The product itself is great quality. The only downside to this ornament is the quality of the picture. The picture I uploaded was a nice vibrant colored picture. When you review your image before checkout, it changes the coloring to be dull and hazy. I was kind of hoping that it was a computer issue. However, when I received my ornament, it was poor quality with the color as it was dull coloring and hazy.

THEY NEED TO FIND ANOTHER WAY LIKE ON THE RIM TO PUT THE METHOD OF HANGING IT UP WHEREAS NONE OF THE PETS FACE OR BODY IS DISTURBED. OTHER THAN THAT NO PBLM!!! MERRY CHRISTMAD "2019"

It was beautiful. Only flaw was a couple small bubbles on the picture.

I love the size of the ornament but wish they had gloss finish for this size and not only matte.

Although the picture wasn’t super clear like I was hoping (could have been the picture I chose who knows) it is made just as I expected! It is very beautiful thank you!!

I love the quality of this ornament. I just wished I had known that the hole for the ribbon to attach to the tree when right through my dog's eye. This was disappointing. When you preview, it does not show this. I ordered 2 others as well, they are both 5 star ratings.... I just wish I had known - I would have lowered his face on the ornament.

Very pleased with the product I ordered and how fast it was received. I will not hesitate to order again when the time arises.

As with my other review, it is a nice product, but could be a little smaller, and would be especially nice if it had a glossy instead of matte finish

This ornament arrived promptly and was exactly as ordered. It is quite large at2.75". I would prefer it a bit smaller. It is also just a matte finish. I would prefer a glossy finish, which would "dress it up" more.

The ornament was impressive except for an ink or oil stain on the top of the ornament. I could not rub it off. It was mostly hidden by the ribbon and not on the actual photo. If it had been for the smudge I would have given 5 stars.

I purchased this ornament for my sister in law to remember their new puppy's first Christmas. The photo on the ornament turned out fine but was a bit dark. the quality of the ceramic ornament is nice.

I ordered this ornament for my puppy's first Christmas and it was beautiful. Set up and download and cropping was a breeze, and the ornament is glossy and of an almost ceramic weight. When i looked at my previous orders, apparently i have ordered the same ornament for several different occasions already! Personalization Mall is consistantly fast, affordable, and with speedy delivery. Always a treat to order from them and i am a lifelong customer!

This is the 5th Memorial ornament I’ve ordered in 8 years. I give them as gifts to family who has lost someone special. The quality of the ceramic ornament is great. I find the ribbons to be scratchy and stiff so I use my own satin ribbons. They are beautiful and so meaningful to the recipients. If these ornaments came with softer ribbons, I’d give it 5 Stars.

I ordered this after my cat passed away before Christmas. While it looks nice, I just wish the second side didn't have bones in the background since that is more of a dog thing.

I ordered three different ornaments with three different pictures and two of the three were lovely but the last one had a hole punched right through the center of the face which was unfortunate.

This year I made an ornament for our sweet cocker spaniel Gracie who pasted away this summer. Will always remind us of our sweet little girl.

I have ALWAYS had a great experience dealing with Personalization Mall...products are well priced and service is efficient and quick. However, when I ordered this item, I went by the product name which was PET Photo Memories Personalized Ornament. I didn't read the description carefully. I ordered it for a friend who has a cat and didn't realized that on the back of the ornament were dog bones! Perhaps consider changing the product name to Dog instead of Pet. I called customer service and did get free shipping on a re-order and had a code from the newly arrived catalog for a free ornament...so glad it didn't cost me any extra for this gift. I will be a return customer!!

I purchased this ornament for my brother, whose cat just passed away. It didn't say it was only for dogs and when I received it, the back has dog bones in the background of the writing. Otherwise the ornament looks really great and I'm sure he will love it regardless.

This ornament is a awesome keepsake for my deceased beloved pet. I was thrilled to order and receive it. Overall the ornament is beautiful and I cried when I first saw it. The only negative I had with the ornament was that the photo was a little darker than I thought it would be...other than that it is proudly hanging on our Christmas tree. I LOVE IT!!!!

I was disappointed that the In Memory of Abby went across her tongue. Tried to order another without any text on the front but I couldn’t. Looked at some other options but they weren’t satisfactory either.

Mine came out pretty terrible. I guess shame on me for not checking my preview more closely, that's why I still give it 3 stars. It's nice quality but I hate that I was required to crop the photo until the picture barely shows on ordement.

The product was very nice, and good quality for the price. My only criticism is that the back side had dog bones on it and my ornament was for a cat. I didn't see any options for the back when ordering so I was a little disappointed to have that on it.

This was one of three photo ornaments I ordered this year. I have been ordering photo ornaments for the past several year and been highly satisfied with the quality. This year, however, the pictures on the ornaments were not as sharp as they usually are and not as sharp as they appeared in the "preview" of my order.

Well, I love the item that came, and thanks to the cool deign editor the site has, but I ordered express shipping due to the holidays, then find out free express shipping was being offered. I still got charged for the shipping. Sure wish someone would refund me that. Nonetheless I am very pleased with the product.

I bought this ornament for my mom. We had to put our 12 year old lab down this pas spring and it was especially hard for my mom. Her and our lab were best friends. So I bought this for her in hopes that she'll hang it on our tree every year. It honestly brought a tears to my eyes after I saw it.

Beautifully reproduced photograph on front of ornament. My only negative comment would be that you could not choose the font for the front and back of the ornament. I did not care for the font used. Also, watch out for the hole where the ribbon goes through - photo placement must take this into consideration. Great gift for yourself or someone else.
