I personally did not see the finished ornaments. They were sent as a gift. I sent 5 ornaments with pictures of all the dogs they have had to my family. They loved them! It brought tears to some of the granddaughters eyes. It was a wonderful gift! Good service and quick delivery

I am always thrilled with the items from Personalization Mall. And this was no exception. The quality of this ornament is exceptional. It is well made, solid, and not cheap plastic or other cheap material. The picture is beautiful on the ornament - crisp and colorful. The writing is also clear and legible.
My daughter is going to love it.

It is a difficult Christmas when you have lost a piece of your heart. This ornament came in the mail and made me both cry and smile. A piece of my heart will be on the tree this year. Caution - pay attention to the website for editing and placement! I had to try several different pictures before I found the one that fit best. I appreciate that the website was clear and allowed me to keep editing to find the perfect choice and it was indeed perfect!

I love it! Good quality product, picture came out beautifully, and it was packaged nicely.

I wasn't sure what the ornament was going to made out of, but it is a very nice ceramic with a glossy finish, the photo and printing was excellent, and there was a small background print on the back which when looking closely, were dog bones....so cute ! My mother in law is going to love this ornament of her two precious pups.

Memory ornaments of pets. I thought they were going to be porcelain like the one we received as a gift but
I must have missed the space to check that. Ours a metal which is fine.

We loved it but one small imperfection in it being slightly askew between front and back. They made a new one for us correctly without even asking. This will encourage us to patronize this business again soon. Very impressed.
