 Great product, Excellent customer service!I’ve ordered ornaments for the last 5 years and been very pleased with the products I’ve received. This year one of my memorial ornaments was received broken. I contacted customer service via email and they sent a replacement out immediately. I received the ornament before Christmas day! It brought tears to everyone's eyes... When we learned that our dear friend & co-worker had to deal with the tragic loss of her child, we knew we wanted to do something different for her...it was then that I looked at my blanket draped across the chair in my workstation, a gift that my daughter gave me one year for Christmas. The blanket was covered in the names of my four grandchildren. That's when I pulled up the PM website and did a search for the ornament. I designed it using the first and last lines of a poem written by the grandmother on the back, and the beautiful photo used in the obituary, on the front. It was perfect. Each and every person that saw the ornament immediately welled up with tears in their eyes. My co-worker was totally speechless and overwhelmed with tears. I was pleased with the delivery time; it came earlier than promised! Overall, I was very happy with this purchase.

The porcelain ornament was 5 star with the exception of the ribbon that was included. The ribbon to hang the ornaments I discarded because it looks cheap and ugly. I made my own ribbons to hang the ornaments. Everyone that received an ornament loved it. Thank you for your great service.

Memorial service floral arrangement By Shopper (Sebewaing, MI) - November 29, 2022 The perfect accent to the floral arrangements that were placed on a stick holder and inserted into the arrangement. The glossy are perfect as wer secured the stick using clear packaging tape on the backside. The glossy ornaments tape came off no damage to backside message. The matt finish the tape pulled the writing off however. Recommend gloss finish.

Not only for Memorial - Very pretty for newlyweds By Shopper (Whittier, CA) - October 28, 2022 I didn't get it as a memorial ornament. I put a picture of my son and his wife on their wedding day and under "merry and married" with the wedding date. On the back I put "Happy First Christmas as Husband and Wife" Love,... on the back - it looks beautiful and the color will show up nice on their Christmas tree.
