Excellent Service When I ordered this, I carelessly spelled the name wrong! I called PM and they verified that the item had not yet shipped. The woman stayed on the phone with me while she ensured the wrong gift didn't go out. Then, she logged into my account, and corrected the name on the product, the card and the shipping address. She even gave me a discount on the 2nd one, which she didn't have to do. VERY impressed with the service!!
