 Great Quality!The personalized lure was absolutely perfect! My husband loved it. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because the split ring & hook have to be put on yourself, & it’s small & very difficult to assemble since it truly is a real fishing hook. Had it come assembled, it would have saved lots of poked fingers. Otherwise, it couldn’t be better!

Hard to attach hook and ting Love the product but very hard to attach the ring and hook. Would have preferred it came assembled. I scratched it putting together bf I even gave it to my husband. Didn’t want to give it deconstructed.

Hard to out together Everything looks great on this product but it did not come put together and I cannot get the hook on the ring or the ring on the personalized portion.

Hooked on you This came in on time and exactly how I wanted it. My ONLY issue and reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because, it is SO hard to attach the hook, ring, and top part. The ring is so small and I poked myself a few times drawing blood trying to put it on until I finally gave up! So when I give as a gift, hopefully he can put it together!

Larger than expected but still awesome I was so happy when I came across your site, your site makes it possible to get a functional gift for those loved ones who are not sentimental. (Like the ones who do not like clutter.)

Cute gift This is a really cute clever gift for the fisherman in your life. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star was because you have to assemble the hook yourself. It's not easy and me being one with nails, I almost broke a nail doing so. I had to leave it for my husband to put his own gift together.

Looked great buttttt The product looked better than I could have imagined! The only downside is that it is nearly impossible to assemble. If I had known that I had to put it together myself, I probably wouldn't have purchased it. Stabbed myself 5 times to get the hook attached onto the ring..

I gave it a good rating because although it is more of a gift and showy item I am not sure how well it would hold up actually fishing and I think the print would come off after use in the water all day. This is extremely cute and I would suggest this for a significant other or someone who loves fishing, but as a cute gift not necessarily to fish with.

The only thing was that from the picture I assumed it was silver metal with the writing engraved in it - this was probably my fault for not looking/reading carefully enough but it is actually white letters with the blurred grey/blueish background on the surface of it.

The hooks were super sharp so it kept sticking into my fingers and the ring is so stiff that it took almost 10-15 minutes to get it on the lure. I would give it 5 stars if it came assembled.

Didn't like the backing By Shopper (Akron, OH) - February 23, 2015 I thought the backing would be more shiny. Instead it was a fake print of a shinig lure. Overall it's a cute gift and I would buy it again. UPS did not get the package to me until two days after they said it would be here. That's not personalization malls fault. Wish they would use USPS though.

cool gift This is really cute and my boyfriend thought it was a cool gift. The only problem I had was that it came in 3 separate pieces and you had to attach the hook and the plate to a tiny key ring and it was very difficult.

Cute Valentine Gift for that Fisherman in your life! Such a cute idea. I gave it 4 stars for only 1 reason....when you receive the item, there is assembly required. The hook does not come attached. It took me FOREVER to connect everything together. I wish it came already assembled. Other than that, very cute!!

Fishing Hook Item was cute, but when you put the rings and hooks on it peeled some of design off. Those pieces should be put on by the company. Otherwise a nice gift.

Then a week later items were advertised free shipping on any item. As far as I remember, the description didn’t mention, assembly required. Thumbs down.

Would have been awesome..... This would have been awesome IF it came put together. I had to put the ring and the hook on the lure and scrapped off the paint. This definitely should have come in on piece. I didn't even try to put the ring on the top because I am sure that it would have scrapped of the paint as well.

The worst part is, is that you have to put it together yourself.....attach the hook & ring. I attempted many times, just too painful! I wish the Personalization Mall had already assembled it. Personalized Fishing Lure Quality and and wording great. This is the first product from Personalization Mall that I would recommend a different color for the wording as the white is hard to see/read. Do not remember if this was the only color or if I selected the color.

Assembly Required The gift is really cute and arrived on time, but I had to assemble it? The ring at the top of the lure and the ring + hook at the bottom were REALLY hard to put on. It was very tricky and resulted in more jabs by that hook then I was prepared for and the rings took the finish off the lure as I put them on. It was a bummer.

Cute, inexpensive gift By Shopper (Edgewater, NJ) - February 23, 2019 This made a great Valentine’s Day gift for my boyfriend. I knocked off a star because as other reviews state, it is extremely difficult to put together and when I got one of the rings on the lure it chipped, which was disappointing.
I also paid extra for this to be delivered on time but it came two days late. I did reach out to the company and they refunded me right away for the shipping charges. So customer service is great!

Aaahh Should assemble before mailing I had to stop it to getv it together because it was so tight to get the rings on there.. took 3 people to get it on
