The GRILLMAXTER loved his birthday gift! This purchase was inspired by a grilled dinner we had at our daughter’s home. Her boyfriend loves to grill and prepared a platter of delicious lamb chops. Unfortunately, the cutting board they served them on didn’t have a valley to catch juices so there was a spill.

Buzard's Roost Personalized Cutting Board I was not happy with the appearance of the original cutting board (All blonde, no dark areas). I contacted Customer Service, and they sent me another cutting board, absolutely free. No hassles or problems. Didn't even have to send the original board back!! The replacement board is very sharp. Nice dark wood graining on the top and bottom. Doesn't look like the preview image that was shown on the website (dark wood graining in the center, where the personalization is), but very good looking nonetheless. I have used the board, and it appears to hold up nicely so far. Very happy with it.
