It’s lovely.....just wish the glass was heavier.

Nice keepsake we ordered for a retirement gift.

We recently started using this item as a retirement gift from the company. It has been very well received. My only concern is the battery compartment - the hinge seems a bit touchy and I'm worried about it holding up. Otherwise, the clock and the engraving were beautiful. Also, the turnaround time has been exceptional!

Arrived within 2 days of ordering! I placed battery in it to made sure it worked. There was not any marking of what battery size in battery compartment so I guessed AA, it went in tight and lopsided, clock worked. Tried to remove battery and metal piece that connects with battery became bent, luckily when we gave the gift the AA went in and worked second time. This is why I give 4 stars.

Very pleased with the clock, however, when it was received, the clock had been installed backwards! Tell me the tech making it did not notice it was backwards?!! And they claim that every product is inspected before it is sent out! lol :o

A lovely product ... disappointed that the engraving goes a bit far down on the item and also difficult to read unless something dark is behind the glass. Other than that it is quite nice. The clock itself did not work, but customer service was excellent and it was immediately replaced.

This is a retirement gift is for my brother in law. The first clock did not work the engraving was perfect. I contacted the service department and they sent out a replacement clock this clock works fine. Personalization mall stands by there products. I gave 4 stars because the first clock was DOA. customer support gets 5 stsrs.

Hi, I received the clock yesterday the clock itself is great, but, the name was misspelled. Spoke to Cynthia and she is going to send another with the correct spelling.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. The lettering though was to light not viewable unless you place the clock in front of something dark behind it. The only wording viewable was RETIREMENT.

It arrived fast. The engraving could have been better. It's very light and you really can't see the wording. It should be boulder and it's not like the picture with darker letters.

I received this item. Everything looked great other than the second hand was broken and was floating inside clock, unattached.

The small scree at the back keeps falling. Does not hold tight! Don't know what to do at the last minute.
