Retirement Clock I found this site while looking for a retirement gift for my friend. I came back to this site many times as I really liked the item and the price was great but found the shipping very expensive since I live in Canada. After many a visit I conceded to pay the shipping costs and ordered it with my own personal words to be engraved. Beautiful retirement gift By Shopper (Waconia, MN) - June 14, 2018 This is a beautiful clock. My order was processed and received very rapidly. The second hand had come off during shipment, and I called to report the problem. Tiffany understood and sent a replacement face immediately at no cost. I replaced the original face with the new one and all is well. If anyone has this happen and does not have time to get a new face shipped, it is possible to repair it by removing the two screws and knobs on the back, opening the face, and reattaching the second hand by pushing it onto its drive shaft. I did this as an experiment on the original face, and so far it is staying on and working smoothly.

I was afraid it would be cheap however was very surprised by the quality of this product. We paid for the expedited delivery however, it did not work out for us ( our fault we should have ordered earlier. We did get it the day of the presentation so everything worked.
