The product was good, my only complaint is that even though you put a message, it’s never there on any of the gifts i sent thru personalization mall

This came out really pretty. The personalized was perfect and it arrived before they said it would. My only complaint is how small it is. Maybe it was my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions if any were provided.

I really appreciated this gift bbn idea for our dear friends in th eff ir deep loss of as loved one. It brought healing to the giver and the receiver. The size wad perfect. My suggestion is to also offer it in a simple square shape

It needed centering better, the right side is against the edge. It's still beautiful & I'm sure will be appreciated. My brother was a musician with his own band. He had many fans/friends, we already had 2 memorials. Our father just passed away. In 3 days we will bury their ashes & have a last memorial. Our cousin, a pastor close to him, has officiated all 3 services, traveling for each. I will present him this gift to show my appreciation for his help. Came faster than expected, packed well.

This item I bought is for my grandma in memory of my Grandpa. I love the quality although it is a little smaller than the picture leads to believe.

Giving 4 stars because it arrived on date given. The piece is very nice but disappointed that it had been chipped along the top edge.

My daughter in law loved the piece I ordered her to remember her grandma.

It is smaller and lighter than expected, but still a beautiful piece. We have it as a personal memorial for our baby that we lost this last year. It is simple, but a nice piece to have.

My niece passed and I wanted to get something for my sister to remember her daughter with all year round. This little heart works. I expected it to be bigger but I did not even look at the description to see the size. Although the size, I still love it and hope my sister likes it also when she opens her Christmas present.

Clean engraving/etching and nice clear scratch free heart. Would like option for larger size.

Came just as described. Only bad thing is that it came with a faint scratch on it-a little disappointing but, decided not to exchange it since time was a factor.

It was a gift for my niece and her family when my Mom passed. It was beautiful and she loved it. A bit smaller than I expected but turned out to be Perfect!

The item is a nice weight but the personalization leaves something to be desired. The script is small which makes it challenging to read. I did not see an option to select a different script or size. That would be a great option. The script is also not centered and very close to the line above. I ordered two and will still give them as gifts but I’m less than satisfied with the result.

Personalization was done right however, it’s very small. I expected it to be much bigger. Shipping took much longer even though I paid like $11 for a quicker shipping

I like the product but was very disappointed in the way the "messsge" looked, very crowded. I wanted to avoid putting any message on the one line but it would not allow me to do so, so I settled and the personal message on the back of the box is a real joke. Dont waste your money

Was MUCH smaller than I thought it was going to be. My fault I should have looked up the size rather than go by the picture. The price was much bigger than the item!

it arrived really quick and was excellent quality only complaint is that it appeared to be bigger than what I actually received.

Please note for yourself the placement and FONT of the name of the departed.
This name should have been placed between the words ..” IN OUR HOME”. And the years..”1944-2021”

The FONT should have been slightly larger and the name placement should have been lower in that it would have stood out.
