Personalization was done right however, it’s very small. I expected it to be much bigger. Shipping took much longer even though I paid like $11 for a quicker shipping

I like the product but was very disappointed in the way the "messsge" looked, very crowded. I wanted to avoid putting any message on the one line but it would not allow me to do so, so I settled and the personal message on the back of the box is a real joke. Dont waste your money

Was MUCH smaller than I thought it was going to be. My fault I should have looked up the size rather than go by the picture. The price was much bigger than the item!

it arrived really quick and was excellent quality only complaint is that it appeared to be bigger than what I actually received.

Please note for yourself the placement and FONT of the name of the departed.
This name should have been placed between the words ..” IN OUR HOME”. And the years..”1944-2021”

The FONT should have been slightly larger and the name placement should have been lower in that it would have stood out.
