I have been ordering these train cases for family and friends for a few years now and have always been so delighted with the quality and the embroidery.
I just received another one for a friend and it is smaller than the others that I have ordered. It is still good quality and the embroidery is beautiful. I like the previous bag better and wonder why they changed.

Train case has no shape. No bottom support. Looks like a shopping bag after you put your make up in it. Certainly not worth the price. Sorry I bought it.

I had purchased this as a Christmas gift. Excited to get it and upon receiving it noticed that the stitching was terrible. I have ordered many things before and never had this issue. The company was quick to replace it once I contacted them about this. Received the second one in time for Christmas. Once again the stitching is terrible. The customer service has been great, but they should not offer this product when not able to prepare the stitching adequately on it.

While this item arrived quickly and the name was embroidered nicely the case was a big disappointment. It is not lined and there are no small pockets along the sides which other cases have. Very disappointed. Looks very cheap
