Excellent customer service. The Christmas stockings are beautiful. Received a lot of compliments from friends. I ordered three stockings and received them 2 days before Christmas. One of them had a minor issue with spacing between two letters. I contacted them a few weeks after Christmas and asked them to fix the letter if possible. Beyond my expectation, they sent me new one a few days later. Definitely will share this place with my friends and will purchase from them in the future.

This is a great stocking. It is very well made, and the embroidery on the stocking is excellent. I would definitely recommend this stocking.

I ordered two stockings for my grand children. For the reasonable price I paid, I expected stockings like the inexpensive ones you would buy at Walmart made of felt. What I received was good quality heavier felt type stockings with stitched on names. The snowman and penguin were not stamped on, but stitched on as well. The scarves on the figures were also stitched directly onto the stockings, leaving the ends free and added a nice appeal. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!!

I got these stockings for my dogs and my granddogs they are super nice soft on the outside and lined on the inside. great price for such good quality. Now i have a new granddog "Louie" so I have to get another one.

I am amazed at how fast this arrived even with COVID challenges! The stockings are adorable, well made and exactly how portrayed. They were even packed nicely so that the characters were not creased. I literally took them out of the package and hung them up immediately and took this picture!

After discussing it, my wife and and I decided to adopt a pug this year and since we wanted her to feel like part of the family, we decided to get her a Christmas stocking. As with our other dog, Personalization Mall had a stocking my wife really liked and we both appreciated being able to see how the name of our dog would appear before ordering.
