The ornament was beautiful. I paid extra for the gift box for this ornament and another, didn't receive them called was told they would ship them, never received them had to go buy boxes at the store.

I ordered these for my nephews. They turned out beautifully! I love that I could chose between traditional name meaning or create your own meaning. The name meaning line’s font is very thin, that’s why I gave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star rating.

I loved the ornaments, but when I received the ornaments, many were orange instead of the deep red I had ordered. One was completely off center. When I returned the off centered ornament, a new one was sent but in brighter orange. By the time it came back corrected, Christmas was over. I will order again from this company, but we’ll in advance to give time for returns if needed.

These all turned out beautiful and my Grandkids loved them. Especially because they come with the meaning of their name. Only thing the company needs to add to all their ornaments is the year, 2018.

They are beautiful ornaments but were just a little blurry. I've purchased from this company many times with no major issues!

Purchased this ornament for the family of a child that I take care of on occasion. It's really nice except the picture came out a little fussy but I think that was from my camera and not a defect in the product. I hope they like it!

My ornaments came and they were in good condition. I just thought the pictures came out a bit dark when put onto the ornament

I ordered 6 of these and each one came in a different shade of red. None were as dark red as the picture. Cute on their own but very noticeable all together. :(

Same as other - need a border while sizing picture so picture does not overtake ornament and color of lettering needs to be dark, I can hardly read message. I’ll keep for myself will not give to parents

Bought one for each of my Grandkids. Well made but was disappointed with how light the writing under the name was. Could barely read it.

This was my 1st purchase from this company. I was somewhat disappointed when I received the 3 Wooden Name Meaning ornaments because the color on all 3 ornaments was faded when compared with the picture. The writing was even more difficult to read. I perhaps misunderstood the description of the one sided ornaments. I thought one sided only meant writing on one side, however the back of the ornaments were just plain wood. Suggestion: the back side of all ornaments should be shown.

I have ordered ornaments before and I always loved them. Not so much this time. Both side are dull and not as bright as it looked when I placed the order. Vey disappointing.

The ornaments are nice, but not as clearly printed as the one in the picture online. They're not so bad that I won't give them as gifts, but they are not up to Personalization's normal quality. Glad I got them on sale; would have been really angry if I'd paid full price.

Disappointed with how blurry the picture was. It was a high quality photo, too.

Very sturdy. Great idea. Picture is a bit fuzzy. And the white writing is pretty light.

Loved the durability and packaging thats about it. My picture and initial were both blurry. When I previewed this on the computer it looked great.

Since 2008,I have been a satisfied customer until this order arrived. It was not like the preview prior to purchase. The one line shown under the name and date cannot be read. All of the text is blurred. I ordered 2 of them. 1 for my granddaughter's xmas tree and one for mine! I was shocked that I was not contacted by customer service as I clearly received an item that was not pictured or screened by quality control! I have attached a photo of what I received. I'm very dissatisfied and a long time customer may be lost! Don't order this item.
