Love it! Turned out great!

This is a beautiful gift and I love the little present on the birthday on the back. However, the picture on the website has a white outline on the letters in the front. When I received this the red lettering blended in with the red shirt the baby is wearing so it looks a little off. I would have appreciated it more if it actually looked like the picture on the website with the white outline!

This ceramic ornament is the perfect keepsake for my granddaughter's first Christmas! Great photo quality, and made a great little gift for her parents too!

When you order something with a photo on it you always worry about the quality of the picture in the end. I have to say the picture came out beautiful and clear! The color is bright and the ornament looks exactly like the preview. Remember it is ceramic so it is on the heavier side so be sure to hang it on a sturdy branch in your tree! Will definitely be ordering the same ornament for any future children I have!

Ordered 2-Sided Baby's 1st Christmas Calendar Photo Ornament. The photo I uploaded looked great in the "mock up/design" phase on the website (as shown in the attached pic). When we received the ornament, our (caucasian) baby's face was about as dark as the black background, making it very difficult to make out the image unless viewing from up very close. I would very much appreciate it if we were contacted by Personalization Mall.com to rectify this issue.

The quality of the ornament and the picture clarity are great. The only complaint I have with the product is the font. I can barely make out the text. The bright red-orange color of the font makes it very difficult to decipher the text. I was so excited to get these special ornaments, to display them each year in remembrance of my three daughters' first Christmas. Love the concept of the ornaments and their sweet little baby faces on them, but the text on them looks like a bright red blob :-(

This ornament is adorable! The baby was wearing red so her name, which was in red, didn’t show up at all. I wish that you could choose the color of the writing, so it would have shown up. Otherwise, I am satisfied with this purchase.

I was so excited to get this! It is great quality and the personalization on is so unique. It doesn't seem like the Picture or the calendar on the back will rub off and I was thrilled that it wasn't too heavy for my artificial tree branches.

I purchased 2 picture ornaments of our first grandchild’s 1st Christmas and we love them beautiful colors and made nicely

This is a nice ornament but I wasn’t happy with how the print was placed as it ended up on top of my grandson which I tried to avoid. However, size, gloss, ribbon, velvet gift bag, everything was just as described! Just be sure you’re happy with your photo placement before you order!

I ordered 6 of these ornaments. They all had blurry pics & words. The company resent all 6 to me free of charge after I mentioned in my review that I wasn't happy with my order. Now they are much better quality! The colors are very vibrant and the pictures and words are very clear! I can't wait to gift these next year for Christmas! It is hard to get pics bc camera enhances some areas & lighting isn't even. But the clarity & color really are a huge difference! Would order again!!

I have been buying ornaments for my great-grandchildren and love being able to personalize them. So special!

We have ordered SO MANY ornaments from PM over the years, but this one is definitely my favorite! The matte finish really makes the photo stand out and I like the heavy weight to this particular ornament, it's very well made! The larger size really makes a difference too! I will be ordering more of this type going forward!

The only complaint I have about this ornament is the font on the front. My son's name is difficult to read and I would have liked something a little more basic.

I have literally bought probably 75 or more personalized photo ornaments from Personalization over recent years. Have been VERY happy with nearly all of them. The only thing I wished was on my computer the image looks great; however, when I've received a few, the image was pretty dark. Almost wish there was a warning during the customization which warns you that the image may produce dark (but I also know all computers are different). So I would caution that you might have to lighten your image a bit if it's the least bit dark to begin with. But overall, I love PERSONALIZATION.COM for photo ornaments!!

It was shipped quickly which was great; however, my daughters name on the ornament was really hard to see. It was clear on the picture online when I ordered it, but when I received it in the mail it looked different. I was disappointed, as it was supposed to be a gift.

This is advertised as baby's first Christmas ornament, but says nothing on it about 1st Christmas. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Be cautious with review of picture. I could read the name on the copy before submission. But when received the name wasn't all readable due to colors on ornaments. This happened on 2 orders for grandchildren

The photo side was blurry. (Both the photo and the text.) I am vet unsatisfied and feel like I wasted my money

Very happy with the baby ornament I ordered from Personalization Mall! I was able to upload a picture and customize the baby's birthday. Picture came out clear, however, the coloring was tinted yellow so not true to match the uploaded photo. My order was ready within a few days (before the guaranteed date) and pick up from the Burr Ridge office was quick and easy. I will definitely be ordering from Personalization Mall for more gifts in the future :)
