I bought this item for my cousin whose child was tragically killed this past Summer. When I presented it to him and his wife, they were truly overcome. I always feel so inadequate when someone close passes away . . . this was a nice way to let them know how much you truly care for them and their loss. The ornament was beautifully done and came in a very nice, soft pouch. I will definitely be ordering more of these beautiful keepsakes!

My father recently passed and each year I give an ornament that symbolizes a persons past year or the very least something to make them laugh. Its a family gift we all always exchange. With my dad passing a few months ago this one will be very difficult. I had been looking for a very nice memorial ornament for sometime and others just seemed cheap, to expensive for the quality. With this ornament I got to use my own edited picture and got to write what I wanted. AND.... it turned out perfect! No misspellings no errors and the picture was perfect. I'm beyond pleased and excited to give them to the family.

I ordered this ornament for my friend who's son was tragically killed. I received it & there was a scratch on the photo of the ornament. I took a picture of it & sent it via an email. They responded within 1/2 a day...literally a few hours & replaced the ornament free of charged & also I didn't have to send the defected one back in. They were very swift in the original order as well as the replacement. I will diffidently order again!!

Ornament is very nicely done with Dad's picture and a nice verse on the back. Beautifully gift boxed. Received order quicker than I would have expected.

Was very impressed with the ornaments I had ordered. Loved to be able to customize front and back to make it my own. They turned out beautiful! Only thing I did not like was that picture spot was oval so it was hard to find right picture to fit in there right but it can be done. I will definitely recommend these to all my friends and family!

Love the ornament so much that I went back and bought more for my children as gifts. When you're building the ornament make sure that you use a close-up photograph of your loved one though, as I used one of my mom sitting down on a couch and her picture was very hard to see on the first one that I made. The second time I used a close-up picture of her and was very pleased with the results. Personalization Mall does an excellent job with making the ornaments and the shipping was very fast too.
