Beautiful keepsake I purchased this ornament for my daughter and son in law who were married in March of this year. It was easy to download a picture, arrange it on the ornament, write the text for personalization. When they received it, they called me and told me how beautiful it was. How nice and heavy as ornaments go. I did purchase the gift box option and I am glad I did. They have a beautiful storage box to keep this safe from year to year. A lovely keepsake for years to come.

Christmas Ornament for my daughter I ordered my daughter two of these ornaments for Christmas. One was with her and her new husband that was taken when they got married. The other was of her and myself also on her wedding day. She absolutely loves them. I also ordered one for myself, but I will be ordering many more in the future for gifts.

Wedding Ornament 2019 By Shopper (Frederick, MD) - December 3, 2019 This personalized photo ornament is big and beautiful! All arrived in a well packed box, therefore, none were cracked or broken. The ability to "view" your intended personalization allows for virtually no errors to occur, unless the purchaser did not notice or realize an error then still selected his/her agreement to the viewed personalization. The only issue is that for some of these ornaments (I ordered 7) the color and picture were not as vivid and sharp as it was on others. I also know that had I contacted Personalization Mall, they would haved addressed this issue and shipped it out immediately and at no cost to me. Therefore, I would definitely recommend this personalized ornament option.

The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the picture and their names were crooked on the ornament. Plus, it would have been extra special if there were a place to add their last name, too.

Off-Centered Very pretty and substantial ornament but the picture is slightly off centered. Pleased with quality, but disappointed with centering of picture.

 Off centered and too largeWhen I received my ornament, the first thing I noticed was that the photo was completely off centered and off to the right. It was a Christmas gift for my husband and I did not have the time to return it. It was also extremely larger than most other regular ornaments. I should have paid attention to the specs on the size or I would have never ordered it. It is the largest ornament I have on the tree and it looks ridiculous amongst all my others. Will not be hanging this one.
