I purchased this ornament as a gift for someone and when it arrived the photo wasn't centered to the ornament. I called customer service and the very friendly customer service rep suggested I email a couple of photos of the ornament to a specific email and they would get back to me quickly. Within a few hours I had a reply that they would be remaking the ornament and I need not return the other one (which was so nice not to not have that hassle). I received the new ornament within a week or so! GREAT customer service and I appreciate working with a company that cares about customer satisfaction and their product quality. Thanks PM!!! LOVE IT! Absolutely my favorite ornament I have ever bought!! The quality of this ornament is way beyond what I thought it would be. It also comes with a bag to store the ornament in. I might have to buy the stand to display after the Christmas tree is taken down.
