I ordered this for my wife to commemorate our first year of marriage, it turned out great though it does appear the bottom corner has a dark tint added to it that is not from the photo. I'm guessing it's a black layer in the PSD with a light opacity. It is not so bad as to want Return but I noticed it immediately.

It is very nice, the only thing I wish is the picture would be on both sides of the ornament, other than that, the quality is good, price was good and arrived as expected.

I really like the quality of this ornament but I wish there was a way to move the text around. It would also be nice to be able to print on the backside.

We gave this to our son and daughter-in-law for their first Christmas. I used a B/W pic which turned out well. Only wish there would have been a place for a year on the ornament.

I thought it was a frosty glass, but it actually ceramic. It is heavy and durable. It turned out nice, just was expecting it to be glass. I used a black and white image and it turned out great.

I bought this as an engagement gift for my niece. I know she will love it!! Beautiful ornament.

I liked them very much. I ordered 2. The first one was for an Engaged Couples wedding shower gift, that turned out perfect. I wish the personalzation was in a color or black, on the back and was two lines, one for the date. The second one was a wedding gift using one of their wedding day photos but because of their height differences I could not put any personal message on the front because it was in the brides face, If I tried to crop the picture so it was not in her face I would have cut the grooms head off. A message on the back would make this much better. I would have given this a five stars rating.

By the picture, I was expecting it to be the picture on the inside, and a frosted glass outside. The picture is screened on the outside as well. Still a beautiful piece.

I think this is an excellent gift. I wish I had paid more attention to my photo. It looks great online, but on the actual ornament their faces are very red. I ordered the gift box for 1.95. The box I received is not the one pictured. The ornament is too large for the box I received. I would reorder from this company, I would just pay closer attention to my details.

It's cute. The image isn't the quality I expected but the product is and the packaging was nice.

This is a really lovely ceramic heart. The picture uploaded nicely. My only complaint was that the white writing did not show up very well. It was a wedding photo so the underlying photo was partially a white dress so be aware of that. It would be nice to be able to choose the color of the writing. That being said, my niece loved the ornament and said it was a great first Christmas together ornament.

It was very pretty and different but the actual picture on the ornament was darker than the preview showed.

I should have read the details better and not just gone off the picture. I thought it was going to be a frosty look but it is pure white. Pretty disappointed. Be aware it is pure white and made of porcelain.

Cute ornament. Wish it allowed the wedding date below the names. Ornament could be alittle bigger in order for it to fit. But overall ok

Good product but the image you need for this product needs to be high resolution. I used a screen shot of a Google map and the "preview" they give you looks great on screen, but the reality turns out to not being very clear.

Disappointed in this item. Not very elegant. Heavy and clunky.

This was much smaller than I thought it would be - and the photo is hard to see but it is still pretty.

The ornament is very nice quality but the Clarity of our photo was disappointing.

Nice, but I like the Deluxe Globe ornament better. The Heart Shaped ornament condensed the photo. The Deluxe Globe ornament is beautiful, as well as more accommodating for photos.

Bad quality picture. Beware if you are someone that has darker skin. When I emailed them they said "maybe" they could lighten it. Their tone was short and not at all helpful. No offer of refund and I don't have time for back and forth before Christmas.
I won't work with this company again. I wish their customer service was better.

Overall the quality is good. Love the ceramic and the quality of the image is good but the only two improvements i would suggest is slight larger photo crop and few more characters allowed to create a meaningful statement.

Very nice ornament however the personalized picture was very dark and cloudy. It blended out the edges more than I thought it would.

The ornament looks like frosted when I got it when I opened the package it was white and the letters was like across our faces and could not see our picture very well. it did not look much like the example.

I ordered this ornament twice. The first time I was extremely happy with how it came out. The second one I received was much darker than the first one - could have very well been the picture I used. I thought it was strange that the metal top with the ribbon was already attached to the first one I ordered but not to the second one.

The white writting is barely visable. I now need to figure out how I can make the writting visable. Disapointing.

I like their products but this choice i made for this ornament didnt look so good after it arrived. It was to dark around it and hard to see and hard to read also . And his head was cut out or covered up to much.

This is a nice ornament; heavy, not made of plastic. But it was difficult to find a picture that fit well in the space. When I did come up with a photo, it came out a bit darker than pictured on the preview which almost took out the baby's face. It was cute, but could use some work.

I love Personalization Mall. My go to gift is always a photo ornament. Usually the round ones. I always love them and they almost always turn out as pictured. I can't say the same for this one. My friend got married and I wanted something a little different than my go to. The proof turned out gorgeous but actual product was not. It was dark, grainy, and looked nothing like what I expected. The ornament itself is also big and heavy. I'll stick with the round ones.
