Great customer service! By Shopper (Lafayette, IN) - January 1, 2020 Ordered this ornament as a wedding gift. Inspected the gift and realized there was a slight chip in the porcelain ornament on the groom's face. Called the company on the 20th of December. Their call load was so heavy it wouldn't even let me wait on hold! Tried calling a couple hours later,ended up sitting on hold for 33 minutes but then spent one minute with customer service who apologized and promised me a replacement delivered by Dec 24th! New ornament arrived as promised! Great ornaments!

My husband died this year and I decided to make an ornament for each departed family member including pets. I also gave out as keepsakes to immediate family. When selecting photos you can’t use real close ups because the writing and the fade covers the face. If you’re doing many set aside a lot of time choosing photos (many won’t work). Love them!
