I received all my blankets but one was in the correct package just wrong blanket. I emailed customer service and they were prompt on responding. I had to take a picture of the item they sent by mistake and they had the correct blanket to me within 5 days. I personally have never been so satisfied with a companies response and promptness and quality as i was with personalization mall. I am not an easy person to please!! Thank you and i will be returning for more products.

These make the best gifts for a personal heart felt gift. I have ordered quite a few for many different people and everyone has had the same response. Usually some tears and a lot of gratitude. If looking for a thoughtful gift, highly recommend this.

My daughter wanted a queen-sized blanket with a ridiculous cat meme pic. We received it on time and in excellent condition. The material is so soft and the pic came out great. We will definitely buy from this site again and will recommend it to others.

I bought three blankets this year for my sister, sister-in-law, and mom. They were all photo blankets. The quality is so much better than the ones I have given them in the past from Shutterfly. They came really fast as well and made it for Christmas even though I ordered them late. The photos looked great. I would recommend these to anyone!

I purchased this blanket last year as a Christmas gift for my mom and it exceeded my expectations for sure. She loves it also! So this year I got one for my grandma for Christmas with pictures of all of her grandkids and she was so happy! The blanket is so soft & the pictures look so nice! Just don't upload blurry photos. I was so pleased with the quality of this blanket. I got this for my mother in law for Christmas from my children.. Unfortunately she passed away 2 days before. Everyone commented how beautiful it was that we ended up putting it in her casket with her. I highly recommend this as a memorable gift for a loved one.

I was honestly worried the pictures would be blurry as I have got other photo blankets before. However I could not believe how good this turned out.
