It seems appropriate quality for the price charged, none appeared blemished, every inscription was spot-on accurate, and the fact that it utilizes a Cross refill gives it a substantial feel when put to paper. It's a novel gift and it was enormously popular with the recipients.

Reasons for 5 Stars I ordered the Personalized Pen Set mid-December and questioned if it would make it to me in time for Christmas. It made it in PLENTY of time. I also questioned how professional the lettering would be because it had to have a quick turn-around to get this to me on time. It was ABSOLUTELY professionally done...both the pen and the pen box. I expected a less-than-fine finish on the box but again, it was PERFECT. This is a good buy. It's inexpensive and it's easy to order. I recommend this to anyone who wants to surprise someone with a very personal, very professionally fabricated pen set.
