One minor issue, the gift box I purchased for the ornament, came in a plastic mailing bag, consequently, the box was crushed. I would suggest in the future you consider mailing items in an additional box.

Soccer Photo Ornament This came super fast and was beautiful! The six-year old loved seeing her pic on it, too. I started giving the collectible granddaughter ornament to my older granddaughter when she was born, to maintain a tradition, even though they are cheap plastic with little imagination. So when the second came along, I started doing personalized ones. I know she got the better end of the deal! You can't go wrong with PM.
