I was VERY disappointed in the plush fleece blanket!! It was not a vibrant red as pictured but rather an orange/rust red. I wanted a true red since it is one of the school colors of the gift recipient. The white fleece from the other side of the blanket bleeds through to the red side when touched, blending in with the rust red. The black lettering is a dusty black, not a vibrant black. I wish I could return it, but since it's personalized I'm sure I can't. :(

Disappointed

This is my first disappointment after many years. As soon as I opened the package, the blanket’s navy blue background looked like it was tie dyed. Being fleece, I assumed I could just smooth the pile but nothing worked, you could still see my hand strokes and the white under pile. All of this “activity” detracts from the printing which was exact and perfect. Unfortunately it was after hours & I contracted Shingles the next day and forgot to call cust svc. to complain. Bummer Christmas gift.

I’ve purchased this blanket before from the same school and the color was awesome. The one I got recently has a lot of white streaks and looks kind of dingy.

Lacks quality

I purchased a personalized fleece blanket. It looks nice but the quality of the blanket is poor. The color is not dyed correctly . Even though the garment is dyed red it is white when your hand passes over the garment. . The thickness of this item is poor quality, Really disappointed in this blanket

Cool Blanket

While I love the design and customization options with this blanket, after receiving it I was a bit underwhelmed by the quality of the actual blanket. I felt the material was much thinner than I envisioned and the colors weren't as bold and vivid as they appear in the picture. It serves it's purpose but I wouldn't have spent $50+ had I known these things in advance.

Not as pictured

The blanket did not turn out as pictured. The top right edge of blanket is white not purple like the rest of the blanket. Its like the design was not put on the blanket even so the right edge starts off white then changes to purple after the first 12 inches. Since it looks like the blankets come white and just the design colored on the top there are alot of places where the white splotches and no purple. The pictures online look like its all one solid shade of purple but it's definitely a splotchy purple and white. The description says "ultra soft and high pile" and appears to bea relatively thick blanket. Well it is soft but not a high pile. It is no thicker than a $3 fleece throw blanket that I have from Dollar General. The queen size blanket showed up in my regular size mail box along with my mail and newspaper- that's how thin it is. I expected so much more from Personalization mall than this. It looks so cheap and poorly made that I can't give this as my big surprise gift.

Quality of the blanket is awful! It’s paper thin and will fall apart in the washer! I regret spending the money! Never again!
