Beautiful Keepsake First, I would like to compliment their customer service. I actually received the box with an obvious chipped corner. They responded within less than 24 hours to their customer service e-mail, and simply asked me to send them images of the damage. I was thinking that they would want me to return the damaged one, but they didn't expect me to go through the hassle. Even though it wasn't their fault that it arrived damage, they reviewed the images I sent, and sent me a brand new one without any hassle at all.
The item itself is gorgeous, the engraving is beautiful! Such a memorable keepsake for any little girl! It came out very similar to the preview as described!
