I love the box. The only problem is the reflection of the light makes it a little hard to see the writing

I would buy this again. Only issues were the ballerina didn’t turnn smoothly. I had to tinker with it a bit which was tricky because it’s fragile. Also, I loved the options for personalization but the “engraving” could have been bolder. It’s a bit hard to see. All in all, nice gift.

My neice who is 13 called to to thank me and said she loved it. I did not see it personally. Her step mom also said it was adorable. Very Happy with the purchase.

I purchased this item for my niece...it arrived and I loved it only thing I didn’t like was the ballerina doesn’t fit inside when you close it...You have to put it on every time you open...& take it off every time you close it...other than that exactly what I expected....

I ordered music box for my grand daughter in a different state. My daughter in law says it is beautiful but missing the ballerina.
I have ordered 12 different products all are beautiful, clearly engraved and great quality.
The only issue I have with any of the 12 is the ballerina. I wrote a email with no response. I only ask the ballerina be sent.

The jewelry box is much bigger than I thought it would be which is nice however, the ballerina inside the box stands slanted while attached and playing music. The ballerina is very cheap looking and looks like some junkie toy.

Love the box. Got for my granddaughter who’s only 11 months with the thought in mind that she’ll have it for years to come. I plan on filling it with inspirational notes from me for her to one day read.

My granddaughter loved watching the ballerina twirl and the music.

My only wish is that the ballerina did not come off. I wish it was permanently attached.

The product was great! The only thing that I didn't really like was that the ballerina wasn't already in the music box. You have to put the ballerina on yourself! I did not like that it didn't come with any instructions! However I did like the inscription that they engraved into the music box that came out very nicely. I also liked the way it looks and the music plays nicely.

Question? Why does each box come in different script? I was expecting them all to be either printed or cursive. For the future, why and how did this happen?

I really am not sure about this purchase. I had to assemble the ballerina and attach her to the post. I just hope she does not come off for the little girl. The music plays even when the lid is closed, after I wound the key. During the music, the ballerina pauses and stops? Unsure why? I really don't recognize the tune. I do like the sparkly pink heart on the box and the engraving is nice. As long as the recipient and her mommy like it, I will be happy.

Bought this for my goddaughter for her baptism. It is a beautiful gift to give. Very well made. Loved that it can be personalized & loved that it was musical with a twirling ballerina. some suggestions, is to add more space for a longer name. I was only able to add a first name & not a middle. Also, it would be nice if they personalized the ballerina, blonde hair, brown hair etc. & also the ethnicity, so it really would be personalized. I highly recommend this for a gift.

Really wanted to give this 5 stars but disliked the fact that the ballerina was not attached and can easily be removed. Otherwise, cute jewelry box.

I am very happy with my purchase. I bought two of these for my daughters and they came very quickly and are beautiful! I think they will love it when they receive it. I am deducting one star for the website overall because when I was purchasing there was a flashing banner that said sale was going to end at midnight so I was trying to hurry so I wouldn't miss the sale. Didn't have much time to check my order!! The part that upset me was once it past midnight they continued the sale!

I paid for the packages to be wrapped and they were not wrapped.

When I put the ballerina on it will not wind the music.

The item is adorable, however, the engravings caused a deep reflection, looking as though the script was “doubled”

The engraving and presentation was beautiful however the music box did not work. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement.

I order stuff on this site a lot so does my family. My musical jewelry box that I got for my 6 month old has a broken piece on the glass. She loves the music and to watch it turn but I cant let her hold in or anything because I'm scared it will cut her. I was so excited to receive this package and show her but once I opened it and seen the damage I was so upset.

I was disappointed by the tiny ballerina figurine. I expected a bigger one attached to the inside permanently, not something you have to attach every time you open it. It was a gift to my 4 yr old granddaughter on her first ballet recital. Otherwise, it was perfect.

I will change my rating, when I actually get my granddaughters Christmas gift....it said estimated delivery was December 14th....it's January 4th and still not in... it was ordered on Dec 4th....but I'm sure she will love it anyways.

The ballerina does not come attached. It just sits on the rotating spring. I wish I would have known. The whole box is not as pretty as the pictures. Highly dissapointed.

Box is nice but cheap ballerina. Box keeps playing even when ballerina if off the pin. Not worth it!
