I love these frames and bought them for my two older kids in 2014 and 2016. I recently bought this for my 3rd child and it is not the same size. The photo opening is the same, but the actual frame has different dimensions. I like to display them together in my hallway, but can’t do it with different sized frames. I wish this change had been more obvious before I spent the money on this frame.

I have these frames for my other two daughters and wanted one to match there’s and this one is much smaller...not sure why the size has gotten smaller?! Overall the quality is nice so I am happy with the product just wish it was bigger!

I like the frame but we have one from my other daughter who is a little older, the quality of this frame just isn’t the same and there isn’t an option for hanging it on the wall and that is what I wanted to do with it. The material that it is made of is much cheaper.

Our picture frame was ordered for our daughter. The writing around the picture set fades into the background color of the frame and it is hard to read unless we get really close to the frame. I guess that's because the color of letters and the background color are so close together. I would like a darker color to be used for the letters to make them more visible.

Also I am not sure if I like my daughters name start with a lower case letter, liana instead of Liana.

I would have rather a little bigger picture frame but I guess that's the size that my wife put the order in for.

I'm disappointed with the quality of this frame. I have purchased 8 other frames from this same style and was always happy with them, they had a nice shiny finish. The 9th was a disappointment and came with some imperfections.

Overall, the concept is really nice and pretty. What I did not like is the quality. The design printed on was not aligned properly, therefore the top of the letter and name was slightly cutoff.

The frame is small and is very cheaply made. I have frames for my older children and they are much bigger and made with higher quality materials. I’m not sure why this frame was changed to be smaller and with wood, but it looks really cheap and is nothing but a disappointment. I have bought many of these frames as gifts over the years but will no longer do so because the quality is an embarrassment. Bring back the previous frame that was bigger with better materials!!
