I ordered this before for my daughter and Her sister-in-law lived it. So, I had to order her one too!

This ornament was perfect in every way! It was actually bigger than I expected and it made me love it even more! We’ve gotten so many compliments on it!!

I was a little worried when I ordered this product that it would be a really thin piece that was easily broken but it is NOT! It is a thick and the writing is beautiful. I was a little worried the writing would be too small but it is not, it is easily readable. I recommend this product.

Personalization Mall came through! When the first New Home Key ornament got lost somehow in transit, I contacted Personalization Mall and they couldn't have been more helpful. First I would like to say after the initial issue with my product being delivered some where else ( which was the post offices fault) I called and spoke with a man name Anthony/ Tony he was helpful and great then sent me a reassuring email also. I recieved my package today in time for Christmas which was promised and I love it! I would like to also say I work in customer service where I have to take the same frustrating calls sometimes and he handled it great and am very thankful. Happy Holiday
