I recently purchased this for some friends who purchased their first home last month. Though the ornament I wanted to get them was sold out, they absolutely loved it! Also shipped promptly and arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered 4 of these keys. Upon receipt I noticed the engraving was slightly off-center. I contacted customer service and the issue was quickly rectified. New ornaments were shipped out and arrived in time for Christmas.

I was a little worried when I ordered this product that it would be a really thin piece that was easily broken but it is NOT! It is a thick and the writing is beautiful. I was a little worried the writing would be too small but it is not, it is easily readable. I recommend this product.
