This item is the right size and is lightweight-so can easily be hung on a Christmas tree if that’s your aim. The people for whom I bought it are in a newly acquired condo in a building with other units, so the key idea is more appropriate than the shape of a house, like other New Home ornaments. The personalization is perfect. Included are both a small satin ribbon and a surprisingly nice & useful soft storage sac. All that with such an affordable price and quick shipping.
