When we ordered this item, it originally arrived snapped in half. I emailed customer service a photo, and, to comply with my request, they shipped it directly to the gift recipient that same day to ensure it’s arrival by Christmas. This is not our first time receiving excellent customer service from this company!

Purchased For my son and daughter in law. Lettering was clear and concise. Larger than the picture shows. Perfect size for their tree. Arrived on the day stated. Will be ordering again!

I had ordered this item for myself. But when I received it in the mail, it was broken. The top part had broken right off. I called Customer Service to advise and they immediately sent out a replacement. No hassle, no questions asked. Very pleasant experience all around. Love it as it is hanging on my Christmas tree in our new home.
