I ordered for my son and his wife for their first Christmas in their first house. It came quickly during the Christmas rush. It is nice size and thick enough to last.

Turn around was very quick. The engraving was distinct and easily read. This ornament will hang on not only my tree but my son's family tree for many years to come. An excellent choice to hang on a keepsake covered tree.

When we ordered this item, it originally arrived snapped in half. I emailed customer service a photo, and, to comply with my request, they shipped it directly to the gift recipient that same day to ensure it’s arrival by Christmas. I had ordered this item for myself. But when I received it in the mail, it was broken. The top part had broken right off. I called Customer Service to advise and they immediately sent out a replacement. No hassle, no questions asked. Very pleasant experience all around.
