Granddaughter will love this

This is a cute key ornament for a new home. But it's hard to see some of the words on the red one.

They loved it...it was a little different than the picture but still very nice!

Ornament very cute & different than a “house”. My daughter guessed that it was going to be a house. But it’s a thin wooden ornament and was broken when opened. Company was great in replacing it free & fast before Christmas. Also ordered several ceramic ornaments & they arrived just fine, all in same package.

Item was given as a gift to my son and daughter in law, and they loved it!!

This is a very nice ornament for a first home gift, but the color is more of a burgundy, and Lettering contrast is not as white as it shows on the website photo.

I ordered 2 as gifts. One came broke. I was just a few days away from Christmas. I called customer service and they replaced it and expedited shipping. It has made it on time and they are both very nice and worth the money..I think the people who receive these will be very happy with them.

The Key ornament in Red Maple is beautiful and I purchased 4 of them for my daughters. They are smaller than I expected, but that's on me for not verifying the size ahead of time! Beautiful quality and something to be treasured forever! I have never been disappointed with my Personalization Mall purchases!

A different ornament for a new house for my daughter’s family. Mostly they’re actually houses instead. I’m just not crazy about wood, metal would be better.

I was very excited to receive this ornament, especially because it was wood. Overall, it is well done but our name is faint compared to the address which is quite bold. I just wish the name was more pronounced.

Overall, it came out very nice. It is a lot darker than I expected though. It's more of a maroon color than red.

This ornament came out very nice my daughter was very happy with it but the smell is very strong I'm not sure if it's the Finish or the wood itself. It was nice I was able to personalize it with what she wanted.

I purchased this ornament as a gift to my husband. We just bought a new home. I love the key. I do wish it was slightly bigger but still love it

The key ornament (Once opened) came in a nice bag ready for gifting. Engraving on the key was perfect and precise. My only concern with the key ornament is it seems too fragile for a wooden product. A sturdier material or wood could have been better.

For some reason, I imagined this ornament would be larger. The quality is excellent, and the script is perfect. It's the perfect gift for someone's first Christmas in their new home. Although tinier than I imagined, it's still a fantastic, thoughtful gift for any new homeowner.

4 1/2 stars!!! The key ornament I reserved was amazing. the only thing I would change about the services is the timing. It seemed like it took forever to get. But the product was beautiful. If you plan on get a special gift make sure allow enough time.

Got a discount on Groupon or living social... made this definitely worth it.
I don't know what I was expecting... but for the original price, its kind of small, light, and thin. I don't know why I thought it would be heavier.
Personalization is PERFECT.
I would order it again... with the groupon.

This item is a nice keepsake. I gave 4 stars only because I wish the engraving was gone over in darker ink to be easier to see. The item itself is good quality for the price and the spelling was perfect.

The key was exactly what I ordered, but I was disappointed with it when it arrived. It's very light weight and doesn't look finished to me. Like it needed a gloss coat. And I guess light weight is good for an ornament. But my niece loved it and that's all that's important.

I was excited to give these out to my clients who closed on new houses this past month. When the box arrived I had to open each wrapped gift to find out who it was for. There should have been a name or ID on the outside of the gift box so I didn't need to unwrap and identify.
The ornaments are cute - the laser cut is a little fuzzy and smaller than I expected.
I'm sure my clients will appreciate the memory of when they purchaesd their home.

This item turned out great but I was surprised that it was a bit flimsy for the price. The picture looks like wood but it is more like a sturdy cardboard. However, I would definitely buy again!

This ornament was purchased as a gift for first Christmas in new home. I just wish the personalization area had a bit more space so I could have used first names instead of last. But all in all will be great for what I need and price was fine.

I love this idea for a keepsake to remember when moving into a new home. Not that it would stop me from buying more but I do wish however that the black ink was darker making it easier to see and read from further away while hanging on the Christmas tree. It really was lighter then the sample shows. All in all it is a Great gift idea!

Love this ornament but it is much smaller than I expected.

I purchased this as part of a closing gift for my client. I was expecting it have a little more substance to it but the personalization was perfect and the key itself came with no defects. It is extremely lightweight, which is fine, just not what I thought it would be.

Purchased this to represent my sons new home. Only problem with it was it didn't have anything to hang it with like the others.

Only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because I expected it to be bigger. Ornament is gorgeous though (very light weight) and is a great addition to our tree.
