WOW! Just WOW!! The zippo came earlier than I expected. It does come in the authentic black zippo box. It was properly packed to ship. The engraving is possibly the best I've EVER seen. The words are crisp & clean, no stray or hesitation marks. If I didn't know better, I would swear it was manufactured that way! After engraving, it was cleaned & polished to a high shine. It was so nice, I couldn't wait until Valentine's Day. I got my boyfriend into collecting Zippos 10 years ago. He's extremely fussy. He was totally impressed. The only down side, he says it's to nice to use!!

This lighter is high quality, and the personalization makes it really special. I haven't given it to my boyfriend yet, because he got sick over Christmas, but I'm positive he will absolutely love it! I couldn't believe how super fast it arrived. I ordered it on Friday and it arrived the next Monday. Wow!

In MY opinion, when you light a cigar, you have to have a good lighter and this old school Zippo was the answer for me. I got this as part of an anniversary gift for my husband who absolutely loved it!!!

I can barely see the letters on it. You have to put it in the light to see words.

I would have gave it 5 stars if the engraving was a little deeper.

I enjoyed designing my Zippo but I was hoping to have an option to change additional options like font size of my desired text. I mean at the retail store I am able to receive this service, so why not online? This is why I gave it a 4 and not the 5.
