I bought this item as a gift for my in laws who are starting a small bakery. It turned out amazing! Sturdy materials, the engraving is beautiful, I cannot wait to watch them open it.

My client absolutely loved this! It is a classy gift for anyone...the slate comes out to clean. The only thing I had issue with was that there were no clips to keep the slate in...needed to be careful not to drop the slate out of the board.

So I ordered a few gifts from here — awesome selection, btw, but this particular item’s slate component arrived chipped on the edge. I called and spoke to the nicest rep, and (after sending pics by email) was IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement, and was not required to send back the original. I received it quickly, as well — and it’s perfect and beautiful. They did not have a problem with personalizing in another language. I’m super happy with my experience overall.
