GREAT bbq tray! But disappointed in customer service

The product itself is beautiful and sturdy and great bbq tray. I dropped the bomb on ordering this for my husband's birthday & had to pay extra shipping I called and asked them to upgrade the shipping I have been a customer for at least 15 years & have placed numerous orders over the years & being a customer service representative myself this rep never offered the upgrade for free & I kind of find disheartening. I love this website but the shipping costs are ridiculous. They need to do better.

gave this as a gift and they used it right away. Very nicely made However the corners are open so if there’s any juice on the tray from the barbecue it spills out as you’re walking

It looks great and is made well, but if you look carefully the corners of this tray are open (didn't see that when buying it & it's not listed in description). Not good for food (juices will leak off tray). It will work for non-food items though.

Tray was beautiful overall but thought it should be bigger. You are going to make several trips using back and forth if u have a lot of stuff to carry on your tray.
