This ornament is nice, but the packaging was inadequate. It was wrapped in a thin bubble wrap and placed in the bottom of the box. Also, you no longer get a nice velveteen pouch to put it in, which always made it nice for gift-giving. That is really disappointing and it seems evident that the little touches that made Personalization Mall an excellent quality company, are gone.

It came out beautiful and I like it. It's just heavier than I thought and especially for a real tree.

I would easily have given these hearts a 5 star rating. They are beautiful !But there are no ribbons to hang them as promised AND the stands are too big.Can you help me to get the right size stand, please ?

Love the size and all the lettering. There is a rough spot at the side right bottom of the heart which should not be there. Hopefully the recipient will like it.

The ornament is so pretty and will be a keepsake for all of my Book Sisters and myself for years to come.

Quality of the printing is good, however, it could have been centered a little better from top to bottom.

This is a great size ornament. I used it as a teacher gift with all the students names on it. The text seems a bit blurry but still readable. I received it in less than a week! Very fast production and shipping which was much appreciated. Would like to have had more options of products with 10 + names. Loved that this was double sided and could be personalized on both sides. The ornament is thick and sturdy.

Love this. I would’ve liked to been able to choose which names I wanted bigger, or in the middle etc. but is a cute thing.

I didn't read carefully and realize that names would be repeated if I didn't list something in all 21 name slots. Other words like Christmas or Family etc could have been listed to fill the slots. So I have three names that show twice on my ornament. However this was my error and the ornament itself is beautiful and just what I wanted. So just a warning to read the instructions carefully before you order. I will order these again next year when new grandson's name needs to be added.

Love the ornament. Just wish I had not gotten the matte finish. It is not as pretty as the glossy finish.

Female cousins have Xmas ornament exchange. Put all first names on front and back sentimental family saying. Ornament is very nice. Only negative, some names we’re smaller than I would have liked. They were still legible. Using different fonts was great. Would recommend.

The product is great I just wish you didn’t duplicate names to fill up the space.

Only reason I take a star away is because it requires 21 names exactly and repeats names if you don’t fill all spaces so I had to improvise and add pet names/words like “family”

Loved the product, however the first time it was sent it was someone else's memory heart. ( I hope they got another), and the second one of the hearts was broken. The company was quick to replace the first time. But haven't received the replacement for the second. Beautiful work, my mother loved hers

I really like it. But a few of the names are almost un-readable because of the font used.

I bought this for my mom, putting all nine of her grandkids' names on it. To keep it even, with the names listed two times each, I also added "granddaughters" & "grandsons". It turned out nice for the price, I only wish it was printed crisper. The names are slightly fuzzy around the edges lowering the quality a bit, but not the sentiment.

The ornament arrived quickly and looks beautiful, But some of the names printed were much lighter than others. Some are so light that you can barely see the words.

I also would liked to have had control and final say as to what type of font was used and where names and words were placed on the ornament. The name Marie is hard to read because of the font used.

The ornament is cute. My step mom will love it. It was delivered quickly. However, I had paid extra for the gift box that I did not receive and there was a little smudge that won’t come off on the front. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase.

The ornament turned out well, but since there is no way to change the number of names, I chose to add additional words instead of having some of the names included twice. I have not doubt my mom will love it.

Product was beautiful, but the cursive fancy writing was a little hard to read

Got this for my grandmother with her grandchildren and all of her great grandchildren listed. I love how it looks, I think it’s very cute and I hope she’ll love it too! The only thing I don’t care for, is the fact that you can only put so many names.. there’s 11 of us in total and all but 1 name is listed 2 times. I wish they all could be listed 2 times but nonetheless, I still love it!

I loved the product but it was a bit smaller than I expected.

I was so excited to receive this item! It looks so great with everyone's name on it. My one dislike, that I wasn't counting on, is how off-centered it is. All names are visible, but there is an obvious border on one side.

This ornament is adorable and will be gifted to grandparents. Shipping was extremely quick. My only complaint is that some names only appear once while others appear up to 3 times. I can see my siblings being upset by this.

This product is adorable. I love it. I accidently messed up my message on the back and wish that someone would of asked if it was correct before making and sending it so I have to find a way to creatively fix it. On there end though they did well and it was recieved in a timely manner. I reccomend this for anyone who wants something that can be cherished and passed down.

Pretty much exactly as I expected! Only critique is I wish some of the font were a little more clear. Some of the names looked a little faded. But it was a beautiful piece. I actually ordered 2, gave them as a gift and they were both loved.

I really like the size of this ornament but I also ordered the smaller glossy option and the names were much clearer on those ornaments. The names on the matte ornament didn't have sharp, clear lines.
