I was very happy with the product, but disappointed that the ribbon wasn't tied to the ornament like ones I've ordered from you in the past. I'm not very creative, so not sure I'll be able to tie as well as you folks did. It does come with the ribbon, I just have to do it myself, which I'm a little worried won't look as nice as when your company did.

There was too much white space left on the left side of the heart.

We have 20 grandchildren and when I saw the preview for this ornament, it was darling but apparently putting it center on the heart was too hard. It’s lopsided and the edges are chipped or painted on or something. Definitely not what I wish it was. I tried to send photo of the chipped area but this would only accept one photo. Note how lopsided it is.

Its a nice size ornament but the printing wasnt great quality. Looked pixelated and fuzzy so that was a bit disappointing.

This ornament is very small. I expected a bit larger since there are so many names listed. I didn’t notice the description of 3 inches. Still a good quality item

My items arrived and I love the concept which is why I ordered them in the first place! But I am very disappointed because some of them are blurry…Each name is not crisp and clear the way it should be in the picture...These are presents and I will not have time to re-order. And I ordered 19 so I spent a lot of money! I was going to try to contact customer service but the website is it clear on how to do that.

I bought this for a coworker of mine. It was very beautiful and sturdy. The only complaint I had was she only had 19 people to add and so it then put the first two names on there twice.

Was just a bit smaller than I thought it would have been. But beautiful and perfect for what I wanted it for!! Thank you

I ordered 3 of this ornament for our family's different homes. While it's beautiful, they must have sent them through the printer off center because there's a large blank space on one side and the writing is cut off a little bit on the other side.

The pictures look great. I just hope the products look just as good when I actually get them. May want to fix the algorithm and have people review once the recieve the product though.

Some names were not readable
Its supposed if asked me 17 names all of them must be readable

They are very generous with the number of names you can have and it does look terrific. However this particular one, the ceramic is much thinner, easier to break I am sure than previously purchased.

Back of heart with names--great! Front of heart was not bright red as photo showed and script was somewhat fuzzy.

This ornament is great!! All names appear as requested. I thought it was a little larger per the advertisement pictured but still a great deal

I have ordered a bunch this year. If all spaces weren’t filled in names were doubled. Didn’t like that so I filled in with some lil sayings.

Face of this ornament was very crowded. Honestly don’t know if I’ll use.

Purchased for my daughter's teacher. Such a pretty gift but it is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Needs to be about an inch larger. Very small.

The front with our names is beautiful, but the words on the back of the ornament is not at all centered on the heart. Otherwise we like it.

I was so excited to get my 91 year old grandmother something she could treasure. It fit all her grandchildren and great grandchildren on one ornament, however, the picture looks better than the actual product. The colors just seem off., not a real red.
All in all, it was a great idea and my grandmother is sure to love it.

Nice product, however some of the printing came out muddy or blurry due to the size of the ornament, I think if you use fewer names then allowed the printing with some of the names would be clearer. Otherwise really cool gift.

I made the mistake of putting amber on there two times so I was disappointed with the purchase, not because of the quality but because of my own error. I will continue to shop with your company, have always been pleased.

I thought it was going to be in Christmas colors red and green. the color of the heart is a dull burgandy color. not bright and colorful as it should be or was in the picture. bright red would look beeter on the tree. Not happy with the color i received at all. It was a christmas gift for my granddaughter.

I was disappointed upon receiving this ornament. The online picture shows it to to be a bright red color. It is actually a dull maroon.

So this ornament was beautiful when i personalized it and ordered it.It came in and it's still nice.The materials are nice.But maybe the printing could have been done better? At least check to make sure it all lines up and not cut off?

The heart with names ornament looks wonderful online but in person it’s small and the red color is not rich. Plus they used a cheap green in between names that doesn’t even show up online. I had no idea there was any additional color besides red and white. I bought it for my daughter and I’m embarrassed to give it to her.

I had ordered these personalized ornaments last year but in the shiny style. This year I ordered the matte ones. Some of the names look pinkish and the ornament looks cheap. Recommend the shiny ones for sure!

Names on ornament are not centered well

The design is awesome but I got a whole different family’s ornament and now I have no present to give to someone Christmas Day

Still have not received it!

The names I entered were suppose to be printed 1 time each, but some were duplicated.
I entered a heart on the back but when I got it there was a question mark. So it said 'we love you?'
I emailed about getting a replacemt and was basically told too bad

I ordered this on December 5th - plenty of time for delivery and it will not be here in time for Christmas. It is a tiny ornament that certainly shouldn't take this long.
