The product was so beautiful and amazing. It was easy to order online, although I wish there was an easy / user friendly way to save the order to re-order it again. I was happy with the product. The only disappointing issue was that I paid $38.00 to expedite shipping before Christmas, and the product arrived on December 26. The company refunded shipping cost, but I had to wait 40 minutes over the phone. To summarize, the product is amazing and beautiful, but the high cost of shipping and delays in shipping did concern me.

I ordered them rather last minute for my son’s family and yet they arrived in time for Christmas. The photo on the pillow was super clear and according to my son the pillow was good quality.
