Great quality merchandise and fast shipping. I was surprised at how quickly my first order got here. This led me to place more. I am doing a lot of my Christmas shopping through this website now. I have been quite pleased with the results.

Uploaded picture appeared Better than Hoped for. I purchased two of these with 2 separate uploaded pictures to give as gifts and They both turned out better than anticipated.

My only concern about this pillow is that there is a blue circle near the lower left hand corner which I don't see on my photo or the personalization that I approved on my order form. Other than that it is great and I would have given it a 5. I've ordered quite a few things from PM and this is the first time I wasn't completely satisfied.

Picture transferred well to the pillow. We are very happy with the product. One of the 3 pillows that were ordered was not up to the quality of the other two and the company quickly replaced the one that was bad. I'm glad they stand behind their products and will definitely order from them again.

Really adorable item. The only thing is that the inside poly fill was a little flatter than anticipated.

The picture of our pet came out just like the picture and very vivid / bright colors- very pleased with this
However ,- wasn't to happy about the pillow insert , it was too flat ! Was thinking it would be more of a softer / fluffy pillow and the fact that the backing was not fully closed like having a zipper on it where you can open or close once you put the pillow cover on.

Bought as a gift and I am sure she’ll love it. Sure it’s her son so it’s a given but being a pillow it will make it a treasured item. Ty

Pillow turned out great, even though the picture wasn’t the clearest that I sent them and another company said it wouldn’t look good because of the pixels.

Great product but not soft n huggable. It’s stiff. Still great n beautiful.

This pillow will bring a smile to my dad's face every day he can see his grandchildren! It was time for an updated photo pillow he can see when his grandkids can't be near. I only wish the printing would be on both sides, but otherwise, it is a great reminder for him of the family he loves.

I like the design, but I wish the pillow was a bit fluffier and better quality.

The pillow itself is small but decent quality and the picture came out very clear.

Turned out nice, but wished they included a thicker pillow for the price.

The quality of the photo itself was far beyond expectations. Only fault we would have is the thickness of the pillow; while realizing it's more of a display item, it's kind of flat from what we expected, even after a full day to fluff up.

Was unable to use my photo library due to not being required jpeg format. Wish u guys could change that . Customer service , 3 hrs, 4 representatives later, they got it done . Whew tnx

The pic turned out very well. The pillow itself was not very robust or plump. Would barely be good as even a lumbar support. I’m still delighted as it a wonderful keepsake after my dad’s passing
