Loved the product but won’t order again until you stop using FedEx

The picture on the pillow is very vibrant with excellent color. Wish the picture was smaller though. My great granddaughter’s face is stretched looking.

Loved the quality and size of the pillow; certainly well made, not flimsy. Disappointed in the picture as it was blurry, but may have been my fault. It might have happened in the cropping of the picture. Would order again as I've always gotten good results in the past.

The photo pillow came out nice although I was disappointed on two accounts. The first one is the 14x14 size - it is smaller then I thought but really this is my fault. I should have ordered the 18x18. The second reason I have slight disappointment is that part of the photos (2 of them out of 5) came out a bit too light; kind of over exposed. My original is not and the preview didn't appear to be over exposed either. So not sure why it came out this way. Otherwise, if not for this I would have loved it. I'm not attaching a photo of it because my camera is showing it darker than it actually is.

I had bought a pillow from here before but I guess I should’ve looked into it more. It seems that the product was a little more cheaper than the first time but it’s still looks cute.

The item was a gift for my mom's birthday. Since I purchased the 18" pillow, I assumed it would be as seen in the picture. I also assumed that the pillowcase would be on the pillow. My mom said the pillow was very small. I was unable to view the items, as the order was mailed directly to her and there was NO description on what was included.

I was really disappointed, I ordered a pillow with a family picture on it. The product I received was someone else's order, so I can only assume someone got my order. I didnt want my family pictures shared with other people, those are personal items, and who knows where my pillow was sent. Makes me uncomfortable knowing that pride isn't taken with the orders from this company.

The pillow was not gift quality at all. I thought it would be stuffed with more cotton and a little bigger. No wonder the company charged so little for very very poor quality.

The pillow's printing is nice... Great picture quality but the pillow is FLAT!

To dark. It doesn't look the same.
