I absolutely love the product. It was just what I was looking for. As a word of caution I think I made a mistake by adding a space in the name because it is slightly off center, not enough to make a difference but just a heads up. It is really beautiful perfect for our project.

Unfortunately - the top line only permitted one less character than I needed - -
But I settled for that anyway (no space between Schloss and Ruhestand)
BUT - I muffed up the order!! I contacted Customer Support that night by E-Mail
And called them at Oh-Dark-Thirty the next morning. THEY FIXED !!
