 Looks Great but be carefulThe item looked great but I was able to type more than would print on the glass. I thought the photo for preview was a mistake or a glitch but was told it will look like the photo no matter what the text reads. But it was a great piece. This was my first order with Personalization Mall and not my last....

Super cute I love the way this turned out my only complaint is that the names were not centered on the ornament but it still looks good and everything is spelled correctly and cut beautifully. Would have included a picture but I have already wrapped it as it is a gift.

 Sent wrong itemI was sent someone else's item and while the item was replaced there was clearly no rush to get it sent out nor was there any compensation for their mistake. Good thing I had time to spare. Product is fine and as expected but customer service could have been better.
