I love this cant wait to see this on my tree !

We have been very pleased with several items ordered from Personalization mall. However, the 2-sided heart photo ornament we ordered is not up to par. The photos of our son and bride on this ornament are lower contrast and not as bright or sharp as the preview showed. They look somewhat 'vintage.' We are disappointed but will hang it on our tree anyway to remember the day. Not sure we'd order a photo item again, though, with this experience.

I have ordered probably 10 similar ornaments from this site, and this one was by far the best! The picture quality turned out better than expected, and the ornament is perfect! Perfect wedding gift!

One side of the ornament was blurry

I ordered this for my son & his fiance, with their pictures of the moment he asked her to marry him. It turned out beautifully, the pictures are clear and perfect. Couldn't have picked a better gift.

I ordered several of these ornaments made with professional pictures from my brothers wedding. I gave them as gifts to my family. The double sided personalization was great for their names and wedding date and they have a slightly bigger surface area compared to round photo ornaments. Although I wasn't as crazy for the "heart shape"- it worked out perfectly!
I have been ordering photo ornaments from this company for years, they are truly a quality item! This year one of my ornaments broke in the mail (for the first time!), I called customer service and they were able to replace it for free. They could not have been more helpful!

I wanted to get something special for my friends birthday. I know how much she loves Christmas, so I got her this ornament with a picture of her parents. Her exact words were "this is the most special gift I've ever received in my life." This was my first time ordering from personalization mall and it definitely won't be my last. The ornament turned out to be beautiful and of great quality!

I ordered this ornament for my daughter's bridal brunch in which guests brought Christmas ornaments for the newlywed's first tree. I received my order quickly. The quality of the ornament was excellent. The photo was so pretty and the front and back of the ornament were very smooth. A silver ribbon-type material was provided to use for hanging. The ornament came in a lovely black velvet bag; I did pay for the gift boxing so not sure if that is the standard packaging. When Katie opened my gift, there were so many "ooh's" and "ahh's"; everyone commented on how beautiful the ornament was and asked where I purchased it. I researched several companies before placing my order. I won't hesitate to order from Personalizationmall.com again. I was very pleased with the quality and beauty of the ornament I received.

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift, so it has not made it to its intended recipient yet, however it was an easy shopping experience on the website. It was very easy to find my way around the site and find what I was looking for. It also did not take very long for the order to be processed, shipped, and on its way to my house. And as soon as it arrived, I opened it up to see the final product, and couldn't have been more pleased. I absolutely love it :)

Beautiful ornament! I purchase a picture ornament yearly as a gift for my Son and daughter in law from a trip they have taken during the year, the quality is excellent. I love that the ornament is 2 sided since most ornaments will turn when placed on a tree, this allows them to have the memory from the trip to be on both sides doubling their pleasure. Great quality and quick shipping. Highly recommended!

I had no idea what the final product will look like from the preview. But when I saw it from my sister n law for her wedding gift, it looked amazing! The image was perfect, it was like a porcelain kinda feel, the words were elegantly put. They were very happy and so were we! Great gift. I have been decorating my tree with a photograph ornament since my girls were toddlers. I had the heart ornament made of my daughter with her newly wed husband and another of both my daughters together, and I think it is one of the most beautiful ornaments! The picture is exactly like the original photo--compare this to an photo ornament made elsewhere, you can't compare the quality.

I made my parents a Wanderlust theme ornament using photos from their trip to Italy and a cruise. The cruise photo came out spectacular. The opposite side had a view of the homes on the side of the mountain and the ocean, that photo lost some color. Overall, it was pretty nice.
