As soon as we took the dolls out of the packaging, their hair was falling out everywhere. The kids haven’t even gotten them yet, and the hair falls out like crazy. The names look good on the tails, though.

I have for many, many years, until now, been a very satisfied customer of Personalization Mall.
I purchased the Sea Sparkles Personalized Mermaid Doll for my Grand-daughters "Mermaid theme" birthday party. The doll is beautifully designed, but MUCH, MUCH smaller than it looks on display! Very disappointed!
