Cute but flimsy I actually used this to write out a verse instead of names and it took me forever to get everything in the right order. Would be helpful to show on the image where each number goes.
The writing is on like a waxed paper that is very flimsy but I think as long as it sits somewhere without being touched it will last.

The big drawback is that a few of the boxes had scratches on the surface with the names, one so bad I had to ask for a replacement. If these could be made with some type of plexiglass to protect the names it would be much better

Mother's Day gift I'm always on the lookout for a different kind of gift and this was a big hit. My mama lives in another state and is 92 so I needed something that would be easy for her to do. She loved it and it lights up which is even better. Memories of all her kids.

They loved it Bought this for my daughter-in-law and the whole family loved it. I would still love one or something similar for myself. Took awhile to get them, while I realize it was because of the pandemic and sympathize, I’m still waiting on an order I place before these on 5/31 for a granddaughter Easter gift.

Ordered for co-worker Nice idea for a good friend or colleague. Very cute. The font is done well - easy to read in person and not sloppy looking.
I was slightly disappointed that the plastic on the inside with the names doesn’t fully fit the box. It moves around a lot inside, as if the plastic was cut too short.
Overall, nice gift idea.

LED shadow Box By Shopper (middleburg, FL) - July 9, 2019 I really like the box, but the plastic name piece was out of sorts and it took a while to get it into place without cracking it. One of the names on one was repeated which I didn't like.
the FedEx guy left the box on the front porch in the rain, in no plastic bag and the box was soaked and the box inside that had the shadow box in it was slightly wet. might be a good idea to put the inside boxes in a bag for protection. if it had gotten wet I would be sending it back. for the price it was a good buy. one was for my mom whose is battling cancer and for her to see her grandkids, and great grandkids names in light was a treat. so over all I am pleased. Thanks

Cool personalization but cheap products I liked how my names looked and was overall pleased until i gave this as a gift. The wood was slapped together and made in china. I did complain to the company and they sent me another one. That one was also slapped together and had very rough edges. Maybe its just the photo frame products that are not good quality. I would try ordering something else in the future but i wont expect perfection.

Great gift My mother in law loved it! With 12 children and countless grandchildren, this was perfect. The product itself came slightly damaged on the edges/corners, but it was too close to Mother's day to return. Other than that, it was fine. It's very light weight as well.

I myself noticed a few splinters in the wood and I was a little disappointed that when I initially created the design, the names were nice and big, once I added one more name, it completely changed the original design and made all of the names appear much smaller.

Personalized Heart Shadow Box The names do not show as clear as they do in this picture unless you are holding it right up to you. It's a very nice and unique gift my daughter loved it. I did like the red background with the white letters much better was easier to read. I bought the big white one with white lights and colored lettering and a small one with red lights and white lettering.

shadow box I am mostly pleased with it, except the piece with all the names did not stay in place until I put a small bead of superglue at the bottom.

recent purchases first one had one name spelled wrong but after returning to company was fixed was a bit frustrating but ordered second one and it came without any issues and love it even more than the first one. first one was grandchildren and great grandchildren, second one was for us and our children and their spouses and it came out amazing. liked the ivory and burgundy( second one) best. first one was gray and navy/black. with second one did have a minor problem with hinge on side but little super glue fixed it no problem

Had damage upon receipt By Shopper (Sacramento, CA) - September 24, 2018 I discovered my shadow box to have damage upon receipt - the name plate was scratched. However the good part is that I reported it to customer service and they were very quick to offer an immediate replacement at no charge.
If I didn't recieve it damaged I would have given them 5 stars.

Love it!! It is exactly what I expected. I love that it can include every family members name as this is a gift for my mom. I even put our last name and was able to put family, love, etc. It is a wood frame with a frosted plastic sheet that just slides in and mine is a bit warped and struggled to fix but was easy to fix and you can’t really tell. I think she will love it!!

When I just did close family it repeats a few names and I didn’t want that. But overall I do love this and can’t wait to have it out in my new house.
