I don't like the plastic and hopefully the bulb won't burn or scorch the plastic with the names on it...

Great idea By Shopper (Saint Paul, MN) - February 15, 2020 Great product idea, but poor workmanship and flawed quality design. The product looks awesome in the website pictures, but not so awesome when you get it in your hands. Due to cheap looking materials and poor execution. I am disappointed with purchased item.

Looks and Quality The product looks really nice when the lights hit the backdrop. The names are uniquely put together and the looks are just what we hoped for. The quality is questionable. The face plate with the names easily falls out of place and does not lock into place like you would hope.

Pretty, but not as expected The gift was great, but the hearts on the shadow box were not blue as shown in the previewed item I was shown before ordering so I was disappointed when I saw everything was tan. I know tan is what I chose, but I was looking forward to the blue hearts that were shown in the previewed item. My mom now has the gift so I couldn’t include a picture.

Not bright Small but not bright enough at all like photos show...

Light box I ordered a light up box with names in it for Christmas, and we received it and it was broke. I called and they said they needed a picture and then they would replace it no cost. I was pleased with the service but wish I would have never happened but they got it in time for our Christmas party and loved it!

Not very bright By Shopper (Milwaukee, WI) - December 19, 2018 I purchased (2) for my brothers family and for my sisters family. Put brand new batteries in and was not very bright.

LED shadow box Not the quality I thought it would be, once you turn the light on its hard to see the names.

Too bright I love the idea of this product but I wasn’t crazy about how bright the lights were .... couldn’t really read the words ... oh well ..

Heart box The box and heart are cute, but once you turn on the lights it is hard to read the names. I like it better without the lights.

Not what I expected It’s ok but not great. Looks better in the pictures. Words are a little blurry and the grey background makes it a little too hard to read. The way the light is in spots is a little tacky too. Hope my MIL likes it better than I. The personalization is fun at least.

Low quality I would definitely order the darker background with lighter colored words. The design is flimsy, but it looks ok.

Nice The product was nice but unfortunately the piece that holds in the plastic with the names broke off so it fell out when my grandma opened it. Kind of a bummer.

Light problems The product is very pretty and everything was right but when we turned the light on it didn’t work. Thank goodness my husband is handy so I didn’t have to send it back he had to soldered the lights back to the power pack.

 FontThe jade font makes it look like lade and my mom was disappointed. I would use other font for that name. It was hard to know where they go on board. I spelled rylee wrong because i had to change the names around so much and it still was not right with placing.

Not what I expected By Shopper (Ferndale, WA) - January 8, 2021 This product is plastic and essentially just a light box with a plastic "paper thin" personalized sheet that slips in between the plastic frame. I was disappointed. light works and personalization was as requested

Not great cheap quality. This frame looks excellent in the online pictures ONLY! Sorry to say but it’s definitely a cheap product with flaws and blemishes that are clearly visible. Wood is not even sanded down and paint looks like it never got to dry completely. Cheap flimsy plastic backing where your personalization goes. Pictures included. I would not recommend unless you get it cheap, with discount code and with free shipping.

Cute but damaged The insert that has the print on it is scratched.

SCRATCHED! Product came out great, but there were scratches on the heart where the names are. Still looks great from a distance but up close you can see the scratches

Disappointing I was very disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the frame was poor. The LED light was not as bright as pictured, and made it hard for you to see the names. If I was shopping in a store, and saw this product, I would not have purchased it. It was not worth the money that I paid. The only plus side of this product was the way it was packaged. Otherwise I wouldn't waste your money.

I didn't love it but my mother in law did By Shopper (greenwich, CT) - May 18, 2019 I wasn't impressed when it arrived and I turn the light on. the lights looked splotchy and randomly placed, imagine random blobs of light all over the back of the image, honestly it gave me a headache. the images when ordering gave the appearance of being fully lit so i was expecting that, like lights around the edges to fully illuminate. It was given to my mother in law for mothers day with all of the grandkids names and she adored it. The moment she unwrapped it she was thrilled. Says it was one of the best most heart felt gifts shes ever gotten and loves it so much. which i guess is all that matters but i was left very underwhelmed and had i not just had a baby i could have easily made one myself id be more satisfied with. so two stars because meh but it was loved

Cheap in person The design is great and the names look very nice. It is not the best quality however and I feel cheaply made. Of course the price was cheap as well. You get what you pay for

Close to her heart In the description it said up to 21 names, to my understanding that meant you could have 11 or 6, when I got the product I had 15 names, so they doubled some of the names to make 21 names on it, not happy

It is ok Ordered the burgundy one. Did not think about once you cut the light in it becomes pink. Not like the preview picture. Dont really like it. Also, would be better if it had a timer on it to conserve your batteries, instead of just one and off.

 Cheaply made, not at all worth the $33 I paid This is a cheaply made shadow box, if I go to the craft store and buy the materials I can make one better myself. Essentially you are paying for the piece of plastic with the names printed, for over $30 it’s a low resolution, scratched up, off kilter badly cut piece of semi opaque plastic board. I am sorry that I ordered this but it’s too late to get a different Christmas gift. If you are looking for quality product, look else where. This would be embarrassing to gift to anyone older than 6.

Terrible Customer Service When I went to check out the proof showed me getting one with a grey frame with ivory paper with grey writing, so I approved it and bought it. Instead I received one with a grey frame with light grey paper with grey writing on it. There is no contrast so it also appears the same color and looks awful. Also, the plastic paper part that the names are written on bows and won’t stay in the frame correctly. I went back and forth with customer service to see if they could correct it and they refused.

Cheaply made Product was cheap looking and cut crooked.
I was embarrassed to even give it as a present.

The light doesn’t work I had ordered 2 of them for Christmas and both of the items were shipped with the led light on and now they do not work which is very disappointing because these were personalized gifts for Christmas and now I have to return them!!! And the picture is very deceiving it looks like a very large display but in person it is half that size but at least the names were spelled correct you just can’t see them because the led light doesn’t work.

Bad quality I loved the idea of these. But, quality was not good on either of the 2 products I ordered. 1st product the bottom tab was broken to keep the red part from falling out. 2nd product has a line all the way through the heart. There goes 50 bucks and now I have to find another present.
