The "Heaven in your home" memorial was a lovely gift for my friend who lost her mother this year. It brought my girlfriend to tears & she said she would cherish it forever. I only gave it 4 stars because I feel like it could have been better quality. The light switch worked every other time.

For the price batteries should have been included, otherwise very nice.

I like this type of product because it does made us keep peace for the love ones. However the delivery to PR was not what the carrier initially stated. It was too long!

Nice presentation, the font is lovely and the grandkids liked that the shadow box lit up. Also nice that it can be moved from one room to another for each family member to enjoy.

I really like this, I just wanted the piece a little more sturdy rather than paper inside but I guess it’s needed since it’s lit from inside. I still really like it. I got it for my mom as a remembrance of my dad.

My mother passed away 4 years ago and my oldest daughter was with her at her time of death. I purchased this for her. She absolutely loved this, it is beautiful. The material it is written on is slightly questionable but in all it was a great gift!

This is a great gift! The person who I gave it to loved it and even cried. I didn't give this gift 5 stars due to the lights are extra dim and you can't really read the frame that well. You see it better with the lights off. That needs improvement and then it would be a 5 star review.

I ordered 9 of these light shadow boxes, some in the gray color and some in the white. After seeing them I preferred the white over the gray. My personal opinion. I had one of these boxes sent to my sister in memory of her husband, and she loved it. They did send me one shadow box in the wrong color, I called customer service and explained to them and they sent out the correct color box right away. No hassles. So far I have liked everything I've ordered from Personalization Mall!

While I really like it, it's a little smaller than I imagined. However it fits perfectly where I have it.

I received my order quickly. The light shadow box was beautiful. I bought the gray one. A gift for my sister in remembrance of her husband. I only gave it 4 stars because I think the box itself/paint could have been much smoother. I would recommend this.

I ordered this items 3 times and they are very nice for someone who has lost someone close to them.

I have ordered this shadow box along with the 10 x 10 picture box for several people including myself. I love them and so has my family however, multiple products come with scratches, dents, misaligned, etc. When I write I review and send photos I hear nothing from the company. No apology...nothing. It's a shame bc I really do like a lot of their products and this is one. I am not sure if I'll order anymore bc customer service is HUGE to me.

This gift was truly appreciated. She was so touched. I was hoping it jad glass over ot but it was still pretty.

Nice size but you have to get your own batteries.

I got this for a friend who lost her mother. She was thrilled and so touched that it was actually personalized. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the batteries did not make it as bright as the picture. Nice product and memorial to personalize though.

It's nice and simple for the price.

I love the shadow box, The cooling color and background like 3d. The only thing I am, disappointed in is that it does not work on a timer. So I use more battery usage then I want to. All in all I love it for the memory of my husband.

It was smaller then I expected, and the words are kind of hard to read

I absolutely love the saying and the personalization and the lighting on this box! The box itself is well made. I was discouraged that there were tiny black ink markings throughout the words that show through when the light is on and the panel does not fit snugly into the box. It moves back and forth and can appear crooked. The price for this, however, is excellent!

I love the light shadow box and the family I purchased it for does as well.

Smaller than what I originally thought but still good quality. I think my grandma will love this when she opens it at Christmas in memory of my uncle, mom and grandpa.

I love this saying and I think my sister-in-law will eventually realize that her husband will always be watching over her.

This makes a nice remembrance gift. Also the name and date is a good way for remembering.

Very nice product that fit the need

Great gift especially for a memorial memory of a loved one. But the personalized name/date with the gray lettering was too light to read very well.
Other than that it would've been perfect.

I have ordered other items from this company and have been in love with them all! So I had no reservation to order this item. When it came it just looked somewhat cheap.
With that being said, I gave it a 4star rating because the person whom I gave it liked it.

My family and I love our box but we we’re taken back as to how small it was. We would’ve loved it much bigger. Other than the size we absolutely love it

I bought this shadow box for one of my church members whose husband recently passed. I wanted to give her a personalized gift as a reminder of him. I am pleased with the gift and I can't wait to give it to her.

The product came out perfect. Only downside is the limited amount of characters that I could put on it. I get why but, I just needed one more character for the product to be perfect. But, the box is exactly what they say it was and my wife loves it!! It’s great to have a constant reminder that her Mom is in Heaven looking down on us.

The product is made of great quality! The only thing I would change is the placing of the lights in box. Sometimes when illuminated, you can't see certain parts of wording....especially name, due to light directly behind word. . Otherwise, absolutely beautiful and extremely happy as usual! We lost our best friend and this helps put a little bit of him back in our home.

I ordered 3 of these for family members as gifts. I am very satisfied with my order. So far one person who got her gift was very excited and loved it. Good quality and received it quicker than expected.

the lights inside just need to be brighter no one can read it with the tiny inside lights on it's so hard,,,,,

Love it, when it works, bought this awhile back, two actually, one for my
Sister as well, when our Mom passed. My light broke shortly thereafter, so I just ordered another, now the battery cover broke. I did contact customer service as it was a couple years ago, that I bought it, the second one that is, no battery cover replacement, but will send a shadow box out, but I would have to pay $8 for shipping, so I said no thanks. Not sure why they can’t just mail that battery cover at no charge!
