I loved my order and would have given a 5 but the plastic sheet had a cut on it and I am hoping that when it is lit it will not be apparent.

I ordered this for a friend whose dad passed away. I expected it to be written on glass or behind some type of plexiglass. This is printed on a piece of flimsy plastic that is supposed to stay on “tracks.” I had difficulty getting the top of the plastic piece to stay in the top slide in track.

I found this item very nice looking but the metal closure is pretty cheap! The entire box doesn’t close very tight and the metal closure just kind of hangs there. Doesn’t help much to keep it closed

I really like the idea of this item. It was smaller than I thought and the writing it a little hard to read because its so small but my friend I purchased it for loved it.

The order I placed was correct, what was shipped was incorrect. My replacement order was expedited and shipped within a few days. Thanks for correcting the issue so quickly.

The person in heavens name was to small and hard to read. This was bought for my granddaughters who mother passed away when they were two and eight and her name is to small.

Beautiful piece but the picture makes it look bigger than it is. I would have wanted nigger than it actually was!

I was disappointed in the craftsmanship of this product. There are paint drips, rough edges and the insert is not level.

Hard to read what it says, especially when lit up. Tried putting colored film over light area but it didn't really help.i have ordered other products from here (5) and this one is my least favorite

I love the words and that the box lights up but find the words very hard to read. They are not dark enough

I love the saying but the lighting is extremely dull. It would’ve been perfect if only a little brighter.

The lights are overbearing so we put a piece of paper to subdue them. The cursive writing is very hard to read above the name. Would be much better if we could choose the font. The latch came broken that holds the plexiglass in. Other than that we love it!

This item I purchased is very nice but WAY smaller than your website advertised.

While I really love the idea of this item, the one thing I was disappointed in was the fact that, when you turn the backlight on, you can't read what the lighter, smaller words say b/c the backlight drowns out the light gray print. So I end up having to keep mine turned off so that it can be read, which defeats the purpose of the backlight. Otherwise, it is a great memorial piece for my dad, who passed on 9/11/19.

The type was a little light and a bit hard to see.

Very hard to read print regardless if the light is on or off, it needs a solid piece of paper behind the screen to make text more visible

Ordered product 3 weeks ago. Says shipped Dec 4 but no tracking info. No return replies to multiple emails. Their phones are off the hook most of the time. Poor customer service

I ordered this for a gift. Mine came with a broken clasp, that is why I gave it one star.

I received the item. It was damaged. Spoke with a very sweet CSR. She is replacing my damaged item with a new one.
