I bought this mug as a gift for my mom. Nice large mug at 15 oz, good quality graphics. Came very well packaged for safe delivery with no chips or cracks. I had no problem designing the word phrase on the mug, but would have liked a bigger font size or darker lettering option. I would buy this product again for the price.
