Bought this set as a gift for a very kind neighbor. While I was recovering from knee surgery she would stop by every Sunday with a wonderfully delicious meal. I just gave them to her as she lives in another state and only comes up on most weekends. She absolutely loved them!! Being able to personalize them was great! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is she hasn’t used them yet.

I thought the pieces would be a little larger, but overall pleased with utensils. Since I chose to customize only two of the four pieces the engravings are slightly different. Not a deal breaker, but noticeable none the less.

I was surprised by the quality of the utensils. I thought they would be mostly for show but you can actually cook with them! They are heavier than expected and I think they will prove to be really durable. I gave it a 4 star rating because of the personalization. The inscription was not the same on all four. Two were dark and clearly visible but the inscription on the other two was very light. You could see it but it’s not as visible/nice as the others.

I was a bit disappointed that some of the engraving didn’t look as dark or as deep in the wood as it should have been .

I was so impressed after receiving these utensils. They are nice! Heavy duty and the personalization was amazing. These were a gift but I would definitely order these again for myself!

The quality was pretty good and they are so cute! I used the same words on the utensils as suggested because I thought they were perfect...except changed names for the gift receiver's name...I hope she'll love it!

These were a gift given to my mother in law... although they are still new and not used of yet, they feel like much better quality than I was expecting them to be. The personalized part came out great and I would buy them again.
The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because they havent been used yet and I am not sure how they will hold up in the long run.

These were ordered to have fun with. The order process was fast and items arrived faster than I expected. I would order again from this company.

The wording on the utensils is very light, I think over time it will fade, would not purchase again.

One of the spoons engraving was so light you can’t read its the same color as the wood.

Printing on utensils to light. Hardly visible on half.

Not happy with the quality of the utensils. The wood was bare and they need to be sanded to remove splinters. I also did not realize how big they are. They are for someone with really big hands. The personalization was good, but very light. The bold print would have been better (darker) visually.

I was surprised when I opened the package and saw just the names personalized. The picture shows pre-personalization. All I got were the two names. Very plain. The gift box I ordered was way too small for the utensils. So just be aware what you see is an always what you get

When I received the utensils, I was extremely disappointed. The 's at the end of the last name is completely detached, lower, and far from the rest of the name. The word "kitchen" looks like a 1st grader wrote it. The other utensils that are already pre-printed look fine. I don't think this item is meant to be personalized. I sent an email saying how disappointed I was with the engraving and all I got back was " We are sorry you are unhappy, but after review we determined that this is how they come out". So Don't get them engraved because they will not replace it or return your money.
