Beautiful design These glass mugs are more beautiful than I could imagine. The size of the mugs are very nice and the quality of the glass is above average. The engraving is what sets the whole thing off. This was the 1st time making this purchase and I was plesantly surprise.

However, the second mug arrived with a defect in the heart-shaped clock, a tribute to my mother-in-law. To make matters worse, the customer service representative, Barbara, who happens to have the same name as me, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Therefore, I can't give a positive review of yesterday's order.
