I purchased the mug to include in a gift basket. The mug was perfect. It is the right size and its weight is Ideal. The script on the mug added a special warmth. I was so pleased with the product that I wanted to purchase two more. Unfortunately, it is now on back order and I would not have received them in time to create the additional basket. I was forced to purchase from a different source. The items cost more than double the price asked by Personaliztion Mall and I was not nearly as pleased with he final product.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast I received the coffee cup. It’s good quality and the personalization is done well.

I am trilled with my order. The mugs are sturdy and thick and the printing came out exactly as the preview showed. I ordered Mason jars last year and wasn’t thrilled with the quality of the glass - too thin - but these mugs are nothing like that. Very happy with them.

Absolutely beautiful coffee mug with script engraving

I ordered this coffee mug for my sisters birthday. I wanted something personal for her that I knew she would use. This item is perfect in every way. She refers to it as her everything mug because she uses it as that. I used a short quote that was had special meaning for just the two of us and that put the present over the moon for her. Thank you so much for making her birthday extra special.

I purchased this mug for my sister "just because" and she loved it!

Firstly, I love the size and weight of the mug-- very nice and sturdy. The etching is good too. The only thing I would say is that I wish there were more choices for the type of font and the design of the line.

Mug was pretty and inscription done well
The only thing I didn’t care for is being unsure if it’s microwave safe. Should come with something saying whether it is dishwasher and
Microwave safe. I had to kook it up on the site and never did find out regarding microwave.

We gifted this personalized glass mug to our daughter who is a busy PhD student. She loves it. She keeps it near to drink from as a student's days can be long and this mug is quite sturdy and a nice size that holds enough at a time, hot or cold.
We wish the delivery took less than 6 days but it arrived just in time for our occasion, well packed.

Very nice mug, letters a little hard to read with so much writing, but our had a lot to say. Super fast!!

They are sturdy and good glass mugs. I would have given 5 stars if the etching had a darker shading than the rest. Over-all, a good product!

The cup seems to be good quality. It’s very heavy and pretty. However, the writing is very light and hard to read.
